Change of subject... The interview seemed to go well. I was still fairly nervous, but not so bad I couldn't speak. I'm just not a self promoter!

Show and Tell - Home Improvement!
For months I had a sliding glass door with no window treatment, because I couldn't find one I liked. Six months from the time the door was installed I finally found something I liked, but it had an ugly plastic track. So, for several months we had a great window treatment with an ugly black track showing. We were watching something similar to Trading Spaces and they made a shelf out of a thick board. They drilled holes in the wall and shelf and put dowels in to attach it to the wall. It looked great and contemporary since it didn't have any hardware showing and we loved it. I told Cliff wouldn't it be great if we could do a "box" with an open bottom for the blinds and we could use the top for a shelf. He has lots of Coca-Cola stuff and we needed for space since the kitchen is overloaded with the stuff (Sorry for the rambling). Here are the pictures... (Please excuse my old house! The walls are not straight. The valance still worked though!)
