1st Blogaversary!

Yesterday marked my first Blogaversary! To celebrate I wanted to give away one of my photos 5x7 in size with a white or black mat for an 8x10 frame (winner picks color). I am not giving a frame away because everyone has different taste, so you can get the frame to best suit your home. After talking to both my mom and Beth they both agreed on "Foggy Morning". It is one of my personal favorites. In order to qualify you must comment on this post or any newer post up till March 17th. Winner to be announced on March 20th. Please only comment once per post. The printed version will not have my name water marked on it. Many of my photos have some type of edit, but this one is straight out of the camera believe it or not. I took this in my side yard one morning. I was late to work because I had to go back inside and grab my camera, but it was so worth it. For Christmas 2 years ago my mom received an 8x10 print matted in an 11x14 frame. I couldn't believe how happy it made her.

This is my 99th post. Sure most people celebrate their 100th post, but then again I'm not most people. It’s been a hair over 9 months now and I feel that my blog has come a long way. I originally just planned to post some pictures here and there. I never expected to become as personal as it has. I never expected to be writing the way I am either. It isn't that I never like English. It was usually my favorite subject in school and I always did well in the class whether I liked it or not. Its just I never thought of my self as a writer, but the more I write the more I like it. It’s kind of like talking! Once I start I can't stop! Ha ha ha!

When I visted Beth's blog earlier she had posted about a wesite she found named Wordle. You type in your blog address and it pulls commonly used words. You can edit colors and fonts to suit your taste!



Leslie is in the hospital in labor with Mason as we speak. She has dialated to 4 as of 11am. I will go over there this evening after work, so expect pictures later! :)

Update! Leslie is dialated to 7! (1:40pm)
